This Refund Policy has been carefully designed to help guide you through the process in case an issue arises with your order. Please take a few moments to read it thoroughly before making a purchase to fully understand your rights and responsibilities.

BUYER CANCELLATION

We know that online shopping can sometimes lead to accidental clicks or quick changes of heart — especially when using mobile devices with limited screen space.

If you placed an order by mistake or decide to cancel after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to submit a cancellation request. You can reach us using the contact methods provided at the end of this page.

Please note: Once your order has entered production or been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

We always strive to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. However, if an issue arises, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions.

Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

  • You received a defective or damaged item upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item, such as an incorrect size, color, or design.

Ineligible Reasons

  • You no longer need the product or changed your mind after 24 hours of purchase.

  • You ordered the wrong size — each product includes a detailed size chart for reference.

  • Any other reason caused by the customer’s own actions or oversight.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

  • To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be considered.

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item). Please ensure images are focused and detailed.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for us to review your case.

  • Check your email for our response — we’ll inform you of the final decision and the next steps.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

  • Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. The funds should appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time (no longer than 15 days in total). If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we’ll gladly send a new item to you at no additional cost. Please note that the replacement must be of the same or lower value as the original product purchased.
