ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL

The total delivery time for your order depends on two key factors: handling time and transit time.

1. Handling Time

This is the period between when you place your order and when it’s prepared for shipment (handed over to the carrier).
Typical handling times are as follows:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tops, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Mugs: 1–3 business days

2. Transit Time

For U.S. Orders:
We use reliable carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS, depending on your location. Most packages are delivered through USPS’ local delivery system within 5–7 business days on average.

For International Orders:
International packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce and handed over to local postal services in the destination country. The average delivery time is 20–25 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Delivery times listed are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

  • Orders are processed only after a valid and complete shipping address is provided. Invalid or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellation. Please double-check all details before checkout.

  • All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order status in real time.

SHIPPING RATE

  • Base Shipping Fee: $4.99 for the first item

  • Additional Items: $2.50 per extra item in the same order

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, certain factors may cause delays:

  • Carrier or supplier disruptions

  • High seasonal demand (e.g., holidays)

  • Customs inspections for international orders

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these rare delays may cause and appreciate your understanding.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking link to see the latest shipment status.

  2. If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” check your mailbox, front porch, or with neighbors for misplaced packages.

  3. If you still can’t locate the parcel, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  4. If the package is still in transit, wait an extra 2–3 business days before reaching out to us.

  5. If delivery was missed, contact the carrier to arrange pickup or redelivery.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders: If not delivered within 20 days from the shipping date.

  • International Orders: If not delivered within 35 days from the shipping date.

Once verified, you may request a refund or replacement.
